Bardstown Distillery Reserve Cathedral French Oak Barrel Finish Bourbon is a premium blend of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies. This expression is aged to perfection in 300-year-old French oak barrels, originally harvested for the restoration of Notre Dame Cathedral. The bourbon undergoes a unique finishing process, spending 14 months in these historic French oak casks, imparting complex flavors.
Bottled at 55.05% ABV (110.1 proof), this high-proof bourbon delivers a robust flavor profile. Expect rich, oaky notes with subtle hints of spice and a smooth, lingering finish that highlights the oak's deep, refined character. Perfect for collectors or bourbon enthusiasts seeking a distinctive, historical twist on Kentucky straight bourbon.
