Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin is a Dutch gin from Bobby's Dry Gin Company — named for the founder's grandfather (Jacobus Alfons, known as Bob or Bobby), whose recipe inspired the brand. The result of nearly two years of development: a balanced distilled gin built on eight botanicals, each distilled separately, with no additives, sugars, or extractions.
Schiedam is the historic Dutch gin city — the European center of genever production for centuries. Bobby's revives that regional distilling tradition while moving toward the cleaner London Dry style, retaining the meticulous separate-botanical-distillation approach that Dutch tradition emphasizes. The result is a fresh, modern take on a timeless classic.
